[ simple ] 플랜을 바꾸는건 아무때나 가능합니다. 이번달에 초과 될것 같으면 그달이 끝나기전에 upgrade하셔야 합니다. 플랜 바꾼다고 날짜가 바뀌진 않습니다. 전엔 다시 날짜가 plan upgrade날짜부터 다시 시작이 됐었지만 지금은 아닙니다. for example, if your plan cycle ends by 4/1/10 you can upgrade before 4/1/10 and you will be covered by 1400min and you don't have to pay $150 extra. But if you change your plan after 4/1/10, then you are liable for the charges
